Thank you for shopping with Avoneria. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return and refund terms before placing an order.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received. Where applicable, it should also be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

Please do not return products without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos showing the product and packaging where appropriate.
After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
If the issue resulted from an error on our part, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by us where a return is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for health, safety, hygiene, or other reasons, including where applicable:
• Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or washed after delivery;
• Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or unsealed;
• Perishable goods;

Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable consumer law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for it to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled or shipped.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, we may no longer be able to cancel it. You may still be eligible to request a return after receiving the order according to this policy.
