Thank you for shopping with Avoneria. We ship orders to customers in multiple countries and regions. Please review the following information regarding order processing and international delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–7 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, promotional events, holidays, or other exceptional circumstances, processing may occasionally take longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an update.

International Shipping

Avoneria serves customers internationally.

Because international shipments may pass through multiple logistics facilities, customs authorities, and local delivery networks, actual delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Any delivery date or transit time displayed at checkout, in tracking information, or otherwise provided to customers is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date unless specifically stated otherwise.

International delivery may be affected by circumstances such as:

• Local carrier operations;
• Weather conditions;
• Public holidays;
• Transportation disruptions;
• Remote delivery locations;
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order has been shipped.

Please note that tracking information may take several business days to update after the parcel has been transferred between carriers or logistics facilities.

Unless otherwise indicated during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and may be the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before fulfillment, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Delayed Shipments

A delayed tracking update does not necessarily mean that a package has been lost.

If your order has experienced an unusually long delay or you believe your shipment may have been lost, please contact us with your order number and we will assist in reviewing the shipment status with the carrier or logistics provider.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery location around your property, your mailbox or parcel locker, household members or neighbors, and your local delivery carrier.

If you still cannot locate the parcel, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.

Multiple Packages

Depending on product availability and logistics arrangements, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.

If this occurs, you may receive more than one package or tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments unless otherwise agreed.
